What are the technical requirements to use the website?
To use the Paws & Tales Games website to its fullest extent, you should have the following software installed on your computer:
An internet connection with a downstream bandwidth of 1000Kbps or higher. You can test your downstream bandwidth by searching the internet for "bandwidth test" and using one of the sites in the search results.
Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Firefox 1.5 or above, or Safari 2.0 or above.
JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled.
Adobe Flash Player 9.0 or above. You can upgrade to the latest Flash Player here.
Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Microsoft Windows Vista, Macintosh OS X, or Linux.

Can we use the online resources for our Sunday School/Ministry/Religion Classes?
Yes please! The purpose of this site is to help you spiritually mentor the children in your life in a way that is both entertaining and educational. Feel free to use these tools in junction with the DVD’s in your Sunday School, children’s ministry, day care, school or church.

How do I create an account?
To create a free Visitor account go to the Account page and click the “Click here for a free Visitors account” link. Enter a username, a valid email address, a password and password confirmation, and select your favorite Paws & Tales character. Once you’ve submitted this information you will receive an email to activate the account.

To upgrade from your free Visitor account and purchase a subscription to become a Resident of the Paws & Tales Wildwood World Community go to the Community page and click on the subscription package that you’d like to purchase. (Please note that all funds are in USD). You will be asked to login, if you aren’t already then you’ll be taken to our payment gateway providers site to fill in your billing information. Once complete you will receive an email to confirm your purchase. Thanks again for your support.

Can I change my character?
Yes you can! Login to your account and click on the account page. Then click on the “Change Your Character” link, select the character you’d like to be, click on the Continue button and your done.

How do I change my password?
Login to your account and click on the account page. Then click on the “Change Your Password” link, fill out the form, click on the Continue button and your done.

I forgot my password how do I get it back?
So you can’t remember your password? No problem. You can create a new password. To do this, you need your username and the email address used to activate your account. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link and enter your username, valid email address and submit the form. You will receive an email with instructions to login to the website.

How do I change my subscription package?
If you currently have a monthly subscription, you must first cancel your recurring subscription, and then purchase the subscription package of your choice. As long as you use the same username, the new subscription period will be added to any remaining subscription time. If you wish to switch your subscription to an automatically recurring monthly subscription, you must first wait until your current subscription term has expired to ensure that no subscription time is lost.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscription cancellations only apply to monthly subscriptions purchased using a credit card. These subscriptions automatically recur each month to ensure uninterrupted subscription service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will still receive the full subscription period that you have purchased. Canceling a subscription requires the username and password. If you don't know your password, please visit the “Forgot Password?” link on the account page to have it emailed to you. To cancel the subscription, please visit our Account page.
